Mastering the parallels of running, business and life, Crystal is an accomplished entrepreneur who has touched the lives of thousands with her R.U.N. method (resistance training united with nutrition). She is the owner and Chief Wellness Officer of Synergy Total Holistic Health & Wellness, where she has been dubbed the “Movement Whisperer.” Their motto is “changing lives through movement and food.” As a wellness expert, she is a highly-sought public speaker and media personality covering topics from entrepreneurship to running to health and wellness.

As an authority on wellness and movement, she is the author of “The Finish Line was Just the Start”. Dr. Kirleen Neely

As a dedicated champion of women and girls, Dr. Kirleen Neely has devoted her twenty-year career in mental health to researching and developing programs to improve self-esteem and most recently to combat the epidemic rate of suicide among adolescents.

After earning her Ph.D. from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, she used her dissertation research as a catalyst to author her award-winning children’s book “Straight Talk,” which addresses the phenomena of hair shaming, culture, and self-esteem. Dr. Neely has been able to help change the lives of thousands of people through her private practice, Neely Counseling Center. The center provides family and adolescent counseling, workshops, training for professionals and internships to students.

As a result of her immense knowledge and experience, Dr. Neely developed her signature method of change called “The BackStory Breakthrough Method™.” The method helps you go beneath the surface to discover things that are blocking your success. She shares the wisdom of this method on her podcast “Drop the BS” which she hosts with her best friend.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Neely is an associate faculty member of the University of Texas San Antonio Medical School. Her central role has been to create and implement a physician suicide prevention program.
